It’s a single point fence (only one set of rollers) so not only does it not matter about being parallel (and it isn’t possible horizontally), it is cut away so the timber is free to move at different angles to the fence, depending on how it is tracking through the blade.
As far as being vertically parallel, there are adjustments on the back of the MagFence to allow it to be squared up to the table.
