Huh?

As I mentioned, I was in Carbatec the other day as I was after some CA Accelerator.

They didn’t have any unfortunately, and it sounded like they were going to have some problems getting more – didn’t quite pick up on why.  (Aside – just tried Carrolls as well, and they are also out of stock of accelerator – not having any luck!)

As I was wandering out of the store, I was surprised to find I had still made a purchase – not sure how that happened!

Hmm – weird.  At least my chisels and gouges will be happy!

  1. Well on the positive side Stuart…. some more things to put on Ebay at a later date 🙂

    • Heh, but given the price of Tormek stuff, and the 7 year warranty it will be a long long time before I’d consider selling it (I’d probably give up woodworking before even thinking of it!)

Imagine in 200 years time when archeologists uncover Stu’s Shed, what they’ll think of these strange bits of twisted metal – they will be baffled to work out what they were ever for.

“You mean they used these things for sharpening – how in the world did they cope without molecular edge forming photon beams?”

  2. Well I wandered into Carbatec in Adelaide and found the Tormek stuff. I have recently purchased a Scheppach TiGer 2000 wet stone grinder and needed something to dress the wheel.
Might get inspired to make a video ……………………..
