Fascinating what can be found in overseas magazines, and on their websites! This is a brand new release from Rockwell tools, and for those who know the Superjaws will find an amazing similarity in appearance, specifications, and function (and fwiw, design engineers)!

Some more info, including a Product Sheet (pdf) can be found at Jaw-horse.com and at Rockwell Tools

  1. GOOD DAY SIR, MAM
CAN YOU SEND ME THE PRICE PLEASE.
    THANK YOU !

  2. I think I am confused so therefore I must be. The two post before me were:
    1. Ask for the price
    2. Responed with $24.95

    What is $24.95? Help please?

  3. Sorry Michael, it was just me having a go at the emerging trend from Asia and/or Nigerian (and some other markets) of scammers contacting businesses pretending to be interested in making a purchase etc.

I get an inquiry like this every week or so, where they are just trying their luck in contacting a potential business in the hopes of tricking them into opening a dialogue.

They always seem to write in CAPS, they typically have misspelt words and/or poor grammar – very very similar to the early Nigerian scams.

This one asked me the price of something I obviously don’t sell (given that I don’t sell anything!), so I gave him an answer. Even so, they didn’t reply, so I suspect it was more an attempt to see what wording is required to bypass my spam filters. (To date, I have had 542 legitimate comments (about half being my responses), and 6978 spam comments that I have filtered out before they published.)

So sorry about the confusion. I don’t actually know how much these are as yet – they are not currently sold in Australia (although that situation may change around Q3 next year).

On another point, I have been contacted by the manufacturer, and have been invited to see their latest prototypes at their R&D plant in Melbourne in a couple of weeks time, so will hopefully be able to bring more news about this product soon.

  4. In the USA, this device has a base price of about $180. Amazon is pretty stable of a company. One of their sellers shows all of the different parts that go along with the basic unit.

Don’t know where the $24.95 price came from, but it is incorrect.

    Sincerely,
    Dave

  5. Good to have the links – thanks

As to the price, read my comment directly preceding yours to find out how all that came about.

  6. Buy it direct from Rockwell for $177.76.

  7. I have seen this on TV and the web. I want to know if anyone finds it to be a bad product. Are there any actual reviews of the product other then Manu. They always tell you it’s great.

  8. I have used many tools in my 61 years and this without a doubt is one of the best . Cannot comment on the accessories although I am mildly interested in the large grooved jaws in the welding kit, not so much the C clamp. It is very good for those who work alone, like having a buddy there helping to hold your project.

  9. This Chainsaw makes it simply to lock saws position for sharpening. Extend to a full 37″. It can replace old sawhorse

    • Links removed from comment. Attempting to use my site to get customers to your Amazon store account to generate sales for you is pathetic.
I have removed your ability to comment on this website. If you feel that I have misread the situation, please contact me via email to discuss.
